It was tough deciding which of the photos to share with you of our cruise down the Yangtze River. We saw so many beautiful and sometimes exotic landscapes. Around every bend was something new and exciting to see. We also saw areas that have not kept up with the pervasive modernization of China. The Yangtze river is a virtual super highway for everything from small fishing boats to countless passenger and freight ships of all sizes. That there are not frequent accidents on this river speaks well of the navigational abilities and diligence of the ship's crews.
