Norma and I took well over 5,000 photos on this trip. Many were shot "on the run" because when you are participating in ship tours, time to stop and find great photo-taking opportunities is always at a premium--you want to see all you can in the limited time you have at each location. Deciding what photos to include, which also meant deciding what photos to leave out, was one of the hardest things I've done. We saw and experienced so many wonderful things and we were fortunate to have great traveling companions for the trip. Towards the end of our journey I took a candid shot of one of the ladies in our group, which I think perfectly captured how we all felt about then; exhausted but overflowing with priceless keidolscopic memories.
