BLUE ANGELS HOMECOMING AIRSHOW, NAS Pensacola, Friday, 11/01/2024. The photos in these Gallerys were taken by my grandson, Patrick, my Son Allen, and me. Patrick's photos are especially amazing when you consider he used my ancient Nikon D90 camera with an equally ancient Nikon 70-300 lens. It was also his very first time shooting with this camera.
There were a great variety of aerobatic performances including my personal favorite, Skip Stewart with his Pitts Special biplane. For the first time ever at a Homecoming show, the USAF Thunderbirds were the special guests of the Blue Angels. They entertained the huge crowds with a great performance.
For best viewing, use an iPad or larger monitor, such as a laptop or desktop PC.
