RIP QUEEN BARBARA
Barbara "Bebop" Gaffney passed away, June 6, 2026. She was Krewe of Lafitte Queen in 2005 and Krewe of Aphrodite Queen in 2013. It didn't matter where you were or whom you were with, it was always a brighter and friendlier place if Queen Barbara was there with you. There were never strangers around her. She will be forever sadly missed by those how knew and loved her.
IMHO, this world could use a couple more thousand people just like her.
This video was captured at a KOL Court Christmas Party, December 9, 2018. Barbara thoroughly entertained those present with her festive rendition of The Night Before Christmas-Pirate Edition!
