KREWE of LAFITTE CORONATION BALL WEEK-END, May 12 - 15, 2016. Activities for our VIP's, out-of-town guests, and KOL members included a Trip to WindCreek Casino, a party at the world famous Pensacola Beach Sandshaker, a tour of the Naval Air Museum, and of course, our magnificent Coronation Ball where Jean Lafitte LXII, Luke Courtney, his Queen, Sandra Alvarado, and Court Members were introduced. The week-end ended on Sunday morning with a Brunch for VIP guests of Lafitte and his Queen.
Former leader of the Blue Angels, US Navy Captain Greg McWherter and his wife were special guests of the Krewe at the ball. Jean Lafitte LXII chose the colors of the Blue Angels as his colors for this year.
