Santorini
Santorini is located in the Aegean Sea about 120 miles southeast of mainland Greece. The island today is a remnant caldera of a gigantic volcano, which occurred about 3,600 years ago at the peak of the Minoan civilization. Tourism is a major industry in Santorini today with the beautifyl cliff side city of Oia being the most visited. For best viewing, use an iPad or larger monitor.
