"THROW ME SOME BEADS, PLEASE MISTER!"
The KODY Pirates of the High Sea parade, which sailed along Pier Park Drive, took place on a beautifully sunlit Saturday afternoon. Locals and tourists alike stretched along each side of the parade path boisterously
reached out for beads and trinkets cast to them from high up on the flamboyant and swashbuckling floats.
Jean Lafitte, Mike Andel, his Queen, Dr. Sue George, and other KOL members sailed aboard RAVEN II and SWORD.
