Our second day in Havana began with a magnificent sunrise. We toured the city using the services of Blexie Tours, which I can highly recommend based on our experience. Included were local English speaking guides. For lunch, we ate at an off the beaten path local restaurant called Dona Carmella, which was awesome. A four person Cuban band played music for us while we ate lunch. We also toured a large cigar factory and those of us who enjoy such things, were able to purchase some primo cigars. We also saw a $2,000 bottle of Cuban Rum. Old American cars were everywhere we looked. Our guide told us that most of them have been converted to diesel engines because they cannot get American parts.
