The SPRINGTIME TALLAHASSEE FESTIVAL began with a Thursday evening FLOAT GLOAT and CHILI COOKOFF at their float barn. Existing friendships were renewed and new friendships created! The Chili ranged from "that was nice blend of spices" to "Holy Moly, that's HOT!"
