Members from Springtime Tallahassee, Hernando DeSoto of Bradenton, and the Krewe of Lafitte participated with Pensacola's Jacksonian Guard in a colorful re-enactment of the Andrew Jacksonian era with 1821 period uniforms. Includes military salutes, manual of arms displays, fife and drum music, and transfer of the Spanish flag to a replica 23-star U.S. flag that first flew over the Plaza.
